Project Imaginal is a women-led initiative working to transform who leads, how we lead, and whose vision shapes the future of our workplaces and our world. In partnership with Social Good Fund, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we cultivate deep resilience and business skills in women and underrepresented leaders who are challenging the status quo and create a more equitable, thriving future.
Drawing on more than twenty years of transformational leadership experience, Guts & Grace integrates somatic practices, Indigenous wisdom, and systems thinking to develop a new model of embodied leadership and innovation. We believe the seeds of much needed industry change already exist in the people and ideas around us. Our work is to connect, nourish, and activate that potential to create meaningful transformation.
