By integrating the teaching of humanistic skills with innovative somatic tools like Tapping (EFT) and other mind-body practices, participants can explore their past experiences and current challenges in a supportive environment.

When people are given the tools to heal their trauma, regulate their emotions, and reconnect with their humanity, they don’t just change their own lives — they change the lives of their families, workplaces, and communities.

T.A.P.S. empowers participants to lead more fulfilling lives through personal transformation and resilience, along with preparing them to renter society and reintegrate successfully.
