**Soulflow: A Healing Refuge** 🌟

Since 2012, Soulflow has been a powerful force for uniting our community in healing, liberation and joy. We center Queer, BIPOC, and underserved communities in downtown Oakland through our transformative classes, retreats and workshops.

Here’s a snapshot of what we accomplished in  2025:

With your generosity, in 2026 we aim to:

• Provide  free and discounted childcare  for Yoga classes and retreats

• Offer  free and discounted Teen & Family Yoga

• Offer  donation-based Yoga en Español

• Provide  250 free and by-donation classes a nd healing services

• Offer  free memberships  for anyone who qualifies based on income

• Award  50 partial and full retreat scholarships

Here’s what we focus on:

Community-Centered Healing & Liberation: We’re part of a global movement that honors authentic lineages while centering practices for BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and disabled communities. SoulFlow co-creates an environment where everyone can feel seen, included, and uplifted.

Accessible Wellness: To make yoga, meditation, and dance accessible, we offer scholarships and sliding scale pricing, ensuring financial barriers don’t prevent anyone from participating.

Workshops & Retreats for Holistic Wellbeing: Through our retreats and workshops, we embrace the whole self, creating experiences that foster community building, ancestral wisdom, joy, and more, all with a commitment to restorative justice and radical inclusion. Our mission is to inspire courageous, compassionate action in the world.

As we challenge authoritarianism, late-stage capitalism & white supremacy, our communities will need more safe spaces to gather, heal, and spark joy. In a world of hot yoga, corporate fitness and hoarded resources, we long for radical community healing spaces, like SoulFlow, to thrive for years to come. We hope to raise $150,000 by June 2026. This will enable us to expand our offerings, increase teacher pay, and ensure that everyone, regardless of their situation can access the healing that they deserve.
