Rooted in Indigenous wisdom, compassionate mental health support, and integrative healing practices, we walk alongside individuals and families as they reclaim their power to heal, grow, and thrive.
We know wellness isn't a solitary journey. It's built in relationship — in the circles we gather, the hands we extend, and the spaces we protect together.

Free & Low-Cost Community Healing Circles — These are not programs. They are places of belonging. Circles where people from all walks of life — across cultures, generations, and lived experiences — gather to be seen, to breathe together, and to heal. No one is turned away for inability to pay.
Emotional Regulation Classes for Young Adults (18–24) — Transition-age youth carry a particular kind of weight. Our TAY classes offer practical, body-based tools to navigate stress, process emotion, and return to themselves. This is the investment in a generation that our city needs.
Operational Capacity - Community Well is a grassroots organization that has sustained itself for the past 11 years through the determination of the Leadership Team, the partnership of Community Well Practitioners, and donor funding. The cost of running a center in San Francisco continues to increase, in step with the need for services. A portion of these funds will go towards keeping the doors open for services to continue.
