Kōkūn is a nonprofit working to transform how invisible health conditions—like migraine, IBS, endometriosis, and others—are seen, understood, and healed. Despite affecting billions globally, these conditions remain deeply under-researched, often leaving people misdiagnosed, mis-medicated, or dismissed entirely.

We’re closing this gap by combining patient insight, rigorous science, and responsible AI. Our platform personalizes each person’s healing journey—connecting them to trusted resources, supportive community, and breakthrough insights. As members engage, we turn lived experience into collective data that can shape research, care, and policy.

We’re starting with migraine, which affects over 40 million Americans/1 billion people worldwide and is the #1 cause of disability in people under 50. From there, we’ll expand to other invisible conditions.
