At G4G, we believe that every girl has the potential to lead. We empower young women with the courage, vision and skills needed to take on leadership. G4G helps women achieve their ambitions through access to professional mentorship, skills-based tools and a global network of female leaders.

G4G was born at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government in 2017 when a group of women leaders recognized that common barriers were holding back women from leadership positions around the world. Inspired by each other, they decided to close the gap. Today, G4G has chapters in over 40 countries.
