At Rewrite the BiLine, we're on a mission to rewrite the narrative on bi+ people and non-nuclear families in film, television, and the media. 

Although bi+ people make up the majority of the LGBTQ+ community, our stories are consistently overlooked on screen and on stage. When bi+ characters do appear, they are too often reduced to harmful stereotypes. These portrayals fuel stigma that extends beyond media, contributing to real-world discrimination, erasure, and inequality. Bi+ people face higher rates of poverty, are paid less on average, and experience alarming levels of sexual violence compared to gay, lesbian, and straight people.

We believe meaningful visibility on screen, on stage, and throughout society requires intentional, sustained action. With your support, we are reshaping both the stories and the systems that impact bi+ people and non-nuclear families.
