JOY IS THE REVOLUTION TOUR: A Global Nervous System Intervention

This tour is a national call to reclaim joy and play as powerful forces for collective healing.

In a culture shaped by burnout and urgency, this 35-city International experience creates vibrant spaces for laughter, movement, music, and embodied connection because liberation should be felt, not just discussed.

Through immersive gatherings, participants engage in nervous system care while rediscovering creativity, delight, and the courage to imagine differently. This is not just programming, it’s sacred play. A reminder that sustainable change grows from communities that know how to rest, compassionately communicate, and celebrate together.

Your support fuels the travel and production costs for dynamic experiences across the country rooted in community care and celebration, creates accessible events so that everyone may participate, and provides scholarships for those experiencing resource scarcity (no one is ever turned away for inability to pay because joy and play is not just for the financially privileged!).

Joy is strategy. Play is resistance. And healing, done together, changes everything.

Where will the tour go?

Across the contiguous United States > Canada > Cozumel, Mexico > Laos > Ghana.  Visit the website to see the full list of cities and dates as they are announced.

How much does it cost to attend one of the live events?

Outside of the Cozumel Retreat, events cost $25 to attend (simply select your ticket from our fundraising rewards "Perks" tab). If you are resourced to support a scholarship for those experiencing resource scarcity, consider making a larger donation to the event! We are committed to keeping this accessible.  If cost is a barrier, please reach out to us directly at community@healyourwayforward.org and we will do our best to support you.

What is the capacity for each event?

Each live event is intentionally intimate, with a capacity of 25 participants. This is by design. We want every person in the room to feel held, seen, and fully present in the experience.

How long are the events?

expect 3 hours with breaks

How does the Retreat differ from the other events?

The Retreat is an immersive, multi-day experience that goes beyond the live event format. In addition to liberation education and community gathering, Retreat participants engage in guided yoga and meditation, somatic activities, and local tourism — a full embodied experience rooted in rest, reconnection, and collective healing. Details on Retreat locations, dates, and pricing will be shared at joyistherevolution.org.
